SBDC COUNSELING

Personal counseling sessions with experienced small business specialists are available, by appointment, at no cost to the client.  These services include, but are not limited to: business start up requirements; business planning; establishing financial controls; marketing; and other similar basic business functions.

BUSINESS SEMINARS

Available on a regularly scheduled basis are low cost business seminars related to starting a business, developing a business plan, establishing a bookkeeping system, marketing the product, and other pertinent business functions.  Training schedules and enrollment information are available at he SBDC Office or click on Business Seminars.

OTHER SPECIAL SERVICES

Te SBDC provides current information related to:

• All SBA loan programs for working capital and business growth.
• Local banks which participate in the guaranteed loan program, including applicant qualifications.
• Identification of potential local and statewide financial sources.
• The Leading Edge entrepreneurial training course designed to assist the business owner in improving management skills and writing a top quality business plan.
• Manufacturing technology assistance with is available through an alliance with Mid-American Manufacturing Technology Center (MAMTC) at Colorado State University.
