Combine information and technology systems with business concepts. And earn a degree in Business Administration with an Information Management option. What better way to become in demand for a high-paying job as a systems analyst or business consultant in e-commerce and information management.

Our BA information management majors are intelligent and dynamic people who are in touch with both humans and machines. Many decisions general managers face involve information technology. At Fort Lewis, you'll tap your creative genius for ideas on how information management can solve business issues.

You'll also work in the field, connect with the community on research projects and even study abroad.

The Business Administration major with the Information Management option integrates information systems and business administration to prepare students for professional careers in the information systems sector. These include positions in systems analysis, business consulting, e-commerce, and information management.

The Information Management option is not intended to prepare students for a programming career; rather the option is designed to prepare students for the management of business information systems. For a more technical approach, students should pursue a degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
